Cancellation Terms
You may cancel or change
your prepaid hotel or flight reservation,
but you will be charged the cancellation
or change fee indicated in the rules
and restrictions for the hotel or
flight reservation. In addition, if
you do not cancel or change your reservation
before the cancellation policy period
applicable to the hotel or flight
you reserved, which varies depending
on the hotel or flight you have booked,
prior to your date of arrival or departure
in case of airline, you will be subject
to a charge of applicable nightly
rates, tax recovery charges and service
fees.
You agree to pay any cancellation
or change fees that you incur. In
limited cases, some hotels and airlines
do not permit changes to or cancellations
of reservations after they are made,
as indicated in the rules and restrictions
for the said reservation. You agree
to abide by the terms and conditions
imposed with respect to your prepaid
reservations.
Arbitration
If any dispute arises between
you and orienttravels.com during your
use of the Site or thereafter, in
connection with and arising from your
use or attempt to use this Site, the
dispute shall be referred to arbitration.
The place of arbitration shall be
United Arab Emirates. The arbitration
proceedings shall be in the English
language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall
be governed and construed in accordance
with the Arbitration act of United
Arab Emirates and modifications thereof
as in force at the relevant time.
These terms and conditions are governed
by and shall be construed in accordance
with the laws of The United Arab Emirates
and any dispute shall exclusively
be subject to the jurisdiction of
the appropriate Courts situated in
United Arab Emirates.
